Annalise has been working as a Healing Practitioner for 9 years. Her desire to Heal first started as an unavoidable need to give to community. In time this giving turned back to herself and she started to heal what mattered the most inside of her. Her teachings and tools are an offering to the world of what worked for her healing. She teaches from first hand experience and leaves no stone unturned. Her work is grounded, realistic and inspiring. Sound Healing

The sound frequency of the Gong quickly drops the mental system into Theta waves bringing deep relaxation to your nervous system. The vibration of the gong throughout the body begins to arrange your cells one by one, completely releasing the body of physical, mental and emotional pains. It is a cleansing process for the subconscious mind, it is effortless, and the benefits are infinite. 

Yoga

Our body is the container of our intuition. We will be offering a combination of Hatha, Flow and restorative/ yin practices to help  ground, integrate and connect you to your body and the immense support and wisdom held there. Be prepared to move, explore your breath and feel empowered in your skin. 

Meditation

What we become aware of, we can heal. Through journaling, guided meditations and group discussion, we will gently and respectfully unfold and discover more of who we are and what that calls us to become.

Taking guidance from the astrological calendar the month of the crab is all about family, nurturing (warming our shell), so that our heart can keep expanding on its journey. So we are going to simmer in all we have already built, cleanse and enjoy life, perhaps we adjust our sails slightly to align with our inner rhythm, trusting the shifts in our belief systems, nurturing the bonds of hope.

In the heat of the sun we let it all hang out, the atmosphere of relaxation and self-care. Days with books in the backyard and sparkling waters at the beach. We turn into baking babies.

2018 is the year of the Empress. In the age of the rising feminine this is a point of continuation of the massive shift occurring in our fundamental understanding of how we operate in our lives. While the origin of this shift is etherial, it is a physical manifestation. The dynamics of this shift will be felt most prominently in the flow and fluctuations of your daily life. You will feel it in your mental and emotional bodies, this change will take some adjusting, mindfulness and commitment to the pursuit of your own personal enlightenment.

Let us gather in my cool tempered portal room, held in the aromas of cedar forests. Entering in silence, allowing eye contact and intention to welcome each other to this healing space. 

Engage in the practice of silence to tune into your own voice at the center of your truest being. In the rush and adventure of this busy season let us take some time to let our silence fill our bones with the essence of ourselves. Connect to your breath, receive a short intuitive reading and group reiki transmission. 

I will speak periodically to facilitate mindful guidance. 

After we close the circle there will be the opportunity to speak and journal if you so choose,  if not you may carry your potent connection home with you, an empowered quiet.
