This is a VIRTUAL Breathwork Group, in your home, your own space on your own time if you can't attend live. 

Breathwork to strengthen the spine, you are at a pivotal point in your personal growth.  The moment has come for you to decide between the old; easy, comfortable and familiar and the new; challenging, uncomfortable and unfamiliar.  No matter what choice you make, this dilemma will surface again and again as the force of your purpose grows within you.  This is a VERY good thing! 

Strengthening the spine comes down to discernment; the ability to judge well.  Being able to know when it's best for you to say 'oh well' or 'this too'.  Learning the boundary for you, that avoids numbing and spiritual bypassing but guides you into the freedom you really want.  

This is the theme for May, if you are not in Vancouver BC and able to attend my group classes in the flesh, you can attend Virtually. 

Breathwork is a three part Pranayama Breath.  Pranayama comes from prana, meaning vital energy or life force, and ayama meaning extension, direction or freedom from restraint.  So, "pranayama harnesses the vital energy and consciously moves it through the body's subtlest channels"

Breathwork is a gently facilitated pranayama breath that allows the conscious mind to temporarily take a back seat to the wisdom of the body.  Through focused and committed effort to the breath you are able to transverse your ordinary patterned thinking and move into a space of physical, emotional healing.  Breathwork allows you to deepen your connection to yourself, coming into contact with who you actually are and building the emotional framework to support your dreams.
